Graduate Referral Program

Purpose

The intention of the graduate referral program is to reward and encourage ‘word of mouth’ marketing of our NLP trainings. We spend money on all different types of marketing and feel that if we can fill courses through, ‘word of mouth’, we would rather spend our marketing dollars rewarding those who assist us by referring their friends and colleagues.

Conditions

The referral fee for the Business Modelling course is set at $200 or a $250 voucher to any of our courses.
The referral fee will be paid for those participants who complete the said course and do not exercise their right to have a refund of their fee as per conditions of the money back guarantee.
The referral fee does not apply to anybody referred who has previously attended one of our courses.
The referral fee will be paid within 48hrs of completion of the said course where possible.
It is the responsibility of the referrer to inform the office, preferably by email (deborah@lifechangingsolutions.com.au), of the names of those referred, before they contact the office. Failure to do this may result in non-payment of the referral fee.
Mindpro Pty Ltd will endeavour to find out how each participant was referred.
In the event of the participant being referred by more than one person, the referral fee will either be paid to the graduate who referred them first or in the event of a dispute the referral fee may be split between the referring parties and the decision will be at the discretion of Mindpro Pty Ltd.
In the event of a dispute, the decision will be made regarding payment or non-payment at the discretion of Mindpro Pty Ltd.
The $250 vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash in full or in part. If the value of the vouchers exceeds the value of a course no change will be given in the form of a smaller denomination voucher or cash.
